Profile
Audrey is a clinical psychologist with a decade of experience in Singapore’s public healthcare system, primarily at Sengkang General Hospital (SKH), where she held a senior role. She has extensive experience in psychotherapy for adults and adolescents dealing with mental health and medical concerns, including mood disorders, OCD, trauma, grief, chronic illness, and pain. As part of SKH’s weight management program, she helped patients adopt sustainable lifestyle changes and adjust post-bariatric surgery. Audrey obtained her Master in Clinical Psychology in Australia and is a registered psychologist and approved supervisor with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP). In recognition of her dedication to patient care, she was honoured with the SKH You Sparkle! Award (Gold) and the Singapore Health Quality Service Award (Gold).
With a warm and client-centered approach, Audrey creates a safe and compassionate space where individuals feel seen, heard, and valued. She views therapy as a collaborative journey, walking alongside her clients rather than positioning herself as the expert in their lives. She deeply respects each individual’s lived experiences and capacity for growth. Audrey integrates trauma-informed and attachment-focused modalities, tailoring interventions to each client’s unique needs. She is trained in various evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. She has a particular passion for Attachment-Focused Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (AF-EMDR), recognizing its effectiveness in healing deep-seated wounds and fostering healthier relationships.
Beyond her clinical work, Audrey engages in clinical supervision and reflective practice to support the growth of fellow practitioners. She is also passionate about promoting mental wellness in workplaces, schools, and communities, advocating for greater awareness and support for mental health.
Balancing family life with two children, Audrey cherishes moments with her loved ones. In her free time, she enjoys scenic walks, playing music, and baking treats to share.
